Dear Supervisors,

I am appearing before you today via zoom to appeal to your sense of duty to protect the members of your community from the COVID19 Vaccine, and support any victims who have been injured. I am from Butte County up North where I have spent the past three years speaking out against this dangerous product and am now traveling in person or via zoom with another whistleblower, Ronald F Owens Jr, to alert as many other Counties in the state as possible.

So far I have spoken to 13 Counties a total of 56 times: Butte (41x), Santa Clara (2x), Shasta (2x), Glenn (2x), Colusa, Tehama, Marin, Nevada, Plumas, Sacramento, Lake, Yuba, and Sutter. I have also spoken before the CA Board of Pharmacy eight times and are urging them to stop providing vaccinations at the pharmacy where citizens are getting hurt.
My request is for you to have an official agenda item set as soon as possible to hear directly from medical freedom doctors and researchers who will describe how this vaccine is harmful to every human being – and should NEVER be injected into pregnant women or healthy children.

I am a former healthcare worker in Chico, a retired HR executive of 25 years in Silicon Valley, and now Lead Investigator for VAERSAware.com, an organization that helps victims file their Vaccine Adverse Event Reports and produces data for the public. I am vaccine injured myself by the COVID-19 vaccine and have my own VAERS Report filed:

I suffer from microangiopathy, tinnitus, and have had two detached retinas (requiring five emergency eye surgeries). I was forced to quit my job at Enloe Health in 2022 when they mandated the booster that I knew could kill me. I had to walk away from a wonderful career and position on their Volunteer Services Board of Directors.

During my time with Enloe I also worked for the Butte County Public Health Department assisting at the COVID19 Vaccination Clinics in 2021 where I became personally knowledgeable ot the problems with this shot from administrative errors to injuries that occurred right in the chair. So now, for the past 2.5 years I have been a member of the medical freedom movement working with honest doctors, researchers and journalists from around the globe to fight this deadly pharmaceutical product that is an attack on our children, our elderly and our precious Military.

I will not leave this planet until there is accountability and full stop to this manmade disaster. And to support all victims of this toxic product.

THE LACK OF RESPONSE AND RESPECT FOR US INJURED IS INFURIATING AND UNACCEPTABLE.

Again, I am coming before you to urge an investigation and full halt to the administration of this product in your County. I also request you notify your residents immediately and remove all claims on your website to this product being “safe & effective” and help any injured file the appropriate reports with the CDC. I HOPE YOU WILL BE ONE OF THE FIRST BRAVE PATRIOTIC COUNTIES IN CALIFORNIA TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND STAND UP TO GOVERNOR NEWSOM. Now is an especially good time given President Trump’s relection and Robert F Kennedy Jr’s CONFIRMED position as HHS Secretary. He is already taking action by signing an Executive Order to withhold federal funding from ANY SCHOOL with a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. That should tell you about the REAL SCIENCE.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS CRITICAL ISSUE. I am just a mom, grandmother and concerned American. We must all work together to get these dangerous vials locked up and stopped immediately.

Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, MD: Dr. Mary Talley Bowden is an otolaryngologist, sleep medicine and upper airway specialist in Houston, Texas.
