“Can I Go to the Bathroom and You Watch Me?” (February 8, 2025)
Police arrive at Andrew's residence after a tantrum in front of his home health worker.
Guide:
1:37 – Andrew's YouTube watch history quickly appears on screen showing that he has watched a video featuring an infant titled “Diaper Duty Drama.”
3:21 – Andrew calls the Tonawanda police department. When Andrew indicates that the police are present at his current residence, the call ends.
8:03 – Andrew informs the officer that he was diagnosed with malingering. The officer states that he has encountered Andrew once before the previous year at the Hampton Inn.
8:25 – Andrew replays the audio recording of his caretaker for the officer. That recording can be found here:

14:33 –
Officer: “So if I'm understanding correctly, tonight started because he wouldn't change you, um, with your diaper?”
Andrew: “Yeah!”
15:04 – Andrew: “Look, on Reddit everybody bullies me says I fake it's a sexual fetish and all that stuff.”
16:32:
Andrew: “Katie, who's coming over thinks the same, seems to think so.”
Officer: “Has he helped you change your diaper before?”
Andrew: “Yeah! Staff knows I can put it, I can tape it on but I can't fit it properly because it falls off me and leaks! I don't wanna leak in it so I need help with that! Is it fuckin' that hard?”
25:17 - Andrew, speaking to the officer: “Can I go to the bathroom and you watch me so you can see what I have issues with with doing it?”
31 minutes – Andrew attempts to manipulate the officer into 302ing him for the duration of the video.
38:42: Andrew states to the officer that his caregiver should give him a “bear hug” to calm him down and to prevent a tantrum. Andrew then makes conflicting statements about how he needs to be treated like a toddler because he is not “mentally there” but that also means he does not need to be treated like a toddler or a baby.
39:30 - The officer points out that it is unreasonable for Andrew to expect anyone to give him a “bear hug” when he is acting aggressive during tantrum. Andrew then states that when someone shows fear towards an autistic person it makes the situation worse, implying that unless he is treated with nothing but understanding and care he sees it as a pass to become increasingly more aggressive. Should anyone actually attempt to "bear hug" Andrew, he would likely claim that it made him feel threatened and then use that opportunity to physically attack the other person.
