Puppy appears in Clarkston courtroom for his abuser's sentencing

When a man accused of leaving a puppy for dead under bushes in a Clarkston Mobile Home Park appeared in court for his sentencing, the puppy was there for a victim impact statement. Jeremy Paul Atkins was sentenced to the maximum sentence for misdemeanor animal cruelty and will serve 90 days in jail.
