Julian Castro "Likely" To Run For Democratic Nomination In 2020

"Between now and November 6th, what I'm doing is helping candidates that are on the 2018 ballot. But as I do that, I’m also getting a chance to travel around the country and get a sense of what people are thinking. I’ve heard very clearly that there’s a lot of dissatisfaction both with this Congress and also with the President. I believe that people are looking for a new generation of leadership, they’re looking for new faces, and so I’m going to continue to help folks that are running before November 6th."
