Others have tied Seymour to the knoll, so this isn't totally out of left field like Valenti. But I understood them to mean Ferrie was the spotter not the shooter. Why would the CIA or mob have a pilot and an advertiser/office guy shooting the most important shots? Woudn't they use a SNIPER for that?
