School AED used to shock man to life

A northern Michigan man is alive because of a school located AED. Jim Barbara was refereeing a basketball game in Leelanau County when he went into cardiac arrest. Spectators were able to offer assistance and shock Barbara back to life. The MHSAA this year requires an AED emergency plan from each school.
