A Tasty Fall Chicken Dish at Thunder Bay Grille

But when they roll out a new dinner feature, you know Chef Mike is going to knock it out of the park! He's back in our kitchen to cook up their new feature, Balsamic Chicken with Heirloom Tomatoes: A seared boneless chicken breast, set atop an orzo pasta and mushroom medley, smothered in pan roasted heirloom tomatoes, garnished with Asiago cheese, drizzled with Balsamic reduction, served with crusty three cheese crostini.
