Why Did Jesus Curse The Fig Tree? (Fully Explained) | Sam Shamoun

Jesus cursed the fig tree because it had no fruit, just like Israel had no faith. The fig tree was a sign—Israel was rotten and empty, so judgment had to come. Jesus went to Jerusalem looking for faith but found nothing but corruption. That’s why He cleared the temple and warned of destruction. And 40 years later, the temple and city were wiped out. The message is clear: without faith, there is no life.

"Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire." – Matthew 7:19

Jesus warns that those who do not follow Him will face judgment.
"I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me, you can do nothing." – John 15:5

True life only comes from Jesus—without Him, there is no hope.
"Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient, 'The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.'" – 1 Peter 2:7

Jesus is the foundation of salvation—rejecting Him leads to destruction.
Muhammad never gave this kind of warning because he had no real truth. He led people into darkness while Jesus gave life.
