Richard is 65 and homeless- trying to find a place to stay for the last 2 1/2 years

Richard is 65 and homeless- Says being homeless is Scary, Dirty and Dangerous. He has been working with the state for over 2 1/2 years to get a place to stay and has had no hope. He has had 11 heat attacks in the last 3 months and just got out of the hospital and almost died from Pneumonia. He says he has seen people get hurt, killed in this area and the cops are even looking for someone currently that just killed 5 women in the area. Hear his story here:
