US GOV IS PAYING FOR FREE LONG DISTANCE FOR THE WHOLE WORLD EXCEPT US!

ok, thats slightly a lie, but the US Military has FLEETSATCOM, that wikipedia says is no longer used, they have deployed this around the world, and w/ an old CB radio, and a frequency doubler, if your a smart shopper, thirft stores, ebay, you might be able to get everything needed for under $20, then you will have free long distance!
my guess is post doge, the fcc wont have the man power to track you down, but in an emergency, or post USA who cares?
russia is currently using it for its war, its very popular in brazil and italy too, it was used to communicate with ships at sea.
