Our aging infrastructure is affecting our water delivery system. Old deteriorating pipes underground leading into our homes is often the cause of increased “Lead” levels in our drinking water. This problem is happening now in Newark, New Jersey where the aging pipes into people's homes has caused the water to become unsafe. To address the problem, Newark has partnered with a home water filter company, and is distributing filters to residents to quickly address the problem.
