SCOPE NY 2A Alert: A00929 - Expanding the Power of the NYS Attorney General

Proposed bill A00929, would allow the New York State Attorney General to investigate and prosecute the sellers of firearms, ammunition and rapid fire modification devices, to any New York State resident or someone purchasing these items on behalf of a NY resident, if permission is not obtained from the NYS Police.
