Ingredient :
-Chicken Drumsticks 8 -10
-Namak 1/4 tsp ( Salt)
-Lehsun 8 -10 ( Garlic Cloves )
-Adrak 1/2 inch ( Ginger )
-Pani 1 & 1/2 cup ( Water )
-Aloo 2 medium size boiled and mashed ( Potatoes )
-Hara Dhania chopped 1/2 cup ( Green Coriander )
-Hari Mirch chopped 1 tbsp ( green chilies )
-Pyaz finely chopped 1/2 cup ( Onion )
-Namak 1 tsp ( Salt )
-Zeera powder 1 tsp ( Cumin seeds )
-Dhara Mirch 1 tsp ( Red chili Flakes )
-Dhania Powder 1 tsp ( Coriander powder )
-Garam Masala 1 tsp
-Mozerella Cheese as required
-Madia 1/2 cup ( All Purpose flour )
-Eggs 2
-Bread crumbs as required
-Cooking oil as required
Direction For Cooking :
-Take a wok add chicken drumsticks add salt , garlic cloves , ginger and water mix well , cover and cook for 15 -20 mins on low flame until all water dries .
-Let it cool all drumsticks then remove the meat from bones ,and set bones aside.
-Take a chopper add meat into it and pulse until finely minced.
-Transfer meat into bowl add boiled potatoes , add chopped green coriander , chopped green chilies , salt , cumin powder , garam masala , coriander powder and red chili flakes mix all together.
-Now take chicken mixture add some cheese place the bone and make shape of drumstick.
-Now coat drumstick with all purpose flour , then dip into eggs then coat with bread crumbs.
-You can store these drumsticks in any zip lock bag for 2 week.
-Take a wok add cooking oil add drumsticks and fry until golden brown.
-Serve with any sauce and enjoy.
