Pacific Palisades Tree Smolders on Fire Next to Transformer in Danger of Exploding

The Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, already devastated earlier this year by raging wildfires, suffered heavy rain storms last week in which a tree caught fire and was seen smoldering next to a transformer in danger of exploding.
