JKD BOB THE DUMMY ATTACKS !!!

In this drill BOB the training dummy developed by Century Martial Arts Supply in Oklahoma grows temporary arms with the assistance of JKD Sifu Mike Goldberg. Whenever JKD Student Paul delivers a "negative" strike ( one without any commitment ) Sifu Mike delivers a haymaker at Paul's head forcing him to shield himself with a spike elbow then following up with either a double straight palm or double jum (sau) sao (sinking hand ) to the clavicle area rendering his attacker's limbs helpless!!! Don't worry about BOB he's tough and weighs in at about 260 lbs..
