How to Make SPAM Musubi 2 Ways!!

SPAM Musubi is perfect for lunch box and snack.

You don't need to buy a mold, just carefully wash the empty can for use. (The small size Spam can is perfect for it.)
If you use a larger one, You can cut into 1 piece per 40g

Spam itself has a lot of fat, so you can cook it without oil in a non-stick skillet or just add oil very little.

▶ Ingredient (Servings : 3 Musubi)
120g Spam
1 1/4 bowls of cooked rice
1/2 tbsp toast sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 pinches of salt
2 sheets of nori (dried seaweed)
1 slice of cheese (optional)
2 pieces of lettuce or perilla leaf (optional)
