Сегодня одна из самых молодых тыловых служб Вооружённых сил России отмечает свой профессиональный праздник. Ни один конфликт с участием России в последние сто лет не обошёлся без деятельного участия гэсэмщиков. Техника, прежде всего транспорт, просто не может работать без топлива, смазки и специальных жидкостей.

В Великую Отечественную специалисты Службы проложили по дну Ладожского озера трубопровод и обеспечили снабжение драгоценными ГСМ находящийся в блокаде Ленинград. Для обеспечения топливом техники 40 армии во время конфликта в Афганистане, подобный объект инфраструктуры имел протяжённость более 1000 км, являлся приоритетной целью для душманов и ежедневно, часто – под обстрелами, ремонтировался личным составом службы горючего.

Сегодня уровень механизации соединений нашей армии выше, чем когда-либо ранее, а значит и нагрузка на эту службу возросла. На видео парни из Сахалинского общевойскового армейского соединения, которые круглосуточно и в любую погоду делают так, чтобы баки колёсной и гусеничной техники никогда не опустошались.

Желаем всем причастным к этому направлению деятельности служебного оптимизма и бесперебойной работоспособоности. Без горючего нет боевой мощи! С праздником, друзья!

Today, one of the youngest rear services of the Russian Armed Forces celebrates its professional holiday. Not a single conflict involving Russia in the last hundred years has taken place without the active participation of the GSS workers. Equipment, especially transport, simply cannot work without fuel, lubricants and special fluids.

During the Great Patriotic War, the Service's specialists laid a pipeline along the bottom of Lake Ladoga and provided the besieged Leningrad with precious fuel and lubricants. To provide fuel for the 40th Army's equipment during the conflict in Afghanistan, such an infrastructure facility was more than 1,000 km long, was a priority target for the dushmans and was repaired daily, often under fire, by the fuel service personnel.

Today, the level of mechanization of our army's units is higher than ever before, which means the workload on this service has increased. In the video, guys from the Sakhalin combined arms army unit, who work around the clock and in any weather to ensure that the tanks of wheeled and tracked vehicles never run out.
