AR-0132: Made during the first run of early-1980s slashers, but kept on the shelves until the middle of the decade, this is essentially a lowly example of the bargain basement level of slashers, although this particular one does have some mild surprises that give it a very minor appeal for hardcore slasher fans - the unusually relatable motivation behind the killer's actions and the sheer onslaught of female nudity available that the film seems to be setting a record for.

The film also stars Kevin Costner in one of his earliest film roles, something that proved a factor in the film's release. Picked up for distribution by Troma.

DVDs of this film are rare nowadays, although the one with the widest circulation was the Australian DVD from Flashback Entertainment, which used a rip of the American VHS from Lightning Video.

My Grade: D+ [Disappointing]
