Some of the most helpful things I've done for myself have come out of helping other people I found when I'm the emptiest the fastest way to get filled back up is to pour to give when I am broken and exhausted giving love affection attention help to others fills me back up way faster than resting does as insane as that sounds the longer I live the more I believe that our purpose here is three fold much like the Trinity our purpose is to come to know god come to know ourselves and to help and love others that takes on a billion different flavors but that's really what it boils down to
