Should Blind People Own Guns?

Spurred on by recent events, the gun control advocate are screeching about blind individuals owning guns, saying that blindness poses a significant risk to public safety. However, blindness does not inherently impair one's ability to exercise good judgment or safely handle firearms. This position is blatant bigotry and discrimination.

As the National Federation of the Blind notes, "Blindness has no adverse impact on a person's ability to exercise due care and good judgment" when it comes to gun ownership, and that state firearms laws should be applied in a non-discriminatory manner to blind individuals.
