Pam Bondi predicts lawsuits against Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) will FAIL, defending his right to control the federal budget. Speaking on Fox News, Bondi called out states suing to block Trump’s oversight, labeling their claims “absurd.”

"It’s the president’s right to control the budget. These are our tax dollars that have been squandered away," Bondi stated, pointing to shocking USAID spending, including $2 million for sex reassignment surgeries in Guatemala. She questioned why Americans aren’t outraged over such reckless misuse of funds.

Bondi also dismissed claims that reviewing Treasury books could lead to hacking threats, suggesting there’s something the government doesn’t want Trump or Elon Musk to see. She argued that states suing to stop fiscal transparency are blocking accountability and that Trump will prevail.
