How to Lead a Happy, More Fulfilling Life

Celebrities, they’re better than us.

We know that, because we pay attention to them.

I’m not gonna lie, but in this particular case, I kinda liked the celebrity in question. He always seemed like a good dude.

And, I’m not saying he’s not, but Jesus, he was so out of touch during this interview, it was frustration.

It was like listening to David Geffen lecture us on COVID from his yacht.

(When I Googled to get the value of the yacht correct, I found news articles ranging from $400 to $592 million. Yeah. That was the guy telling us to hide in our apartments.)

Though the last election was a disaster, with over seventy million people showing us just how monumentally dumb they are, it was interesting to see Hollywood slapped in the face.

Hollywood loves to lecture people on how to act, what to think, and who to vote for.

It must have been stunning for them when the response was the middle finger.

(Joke is on us, though, as they’ll be fine with their mansions and millions, and the dumb voters hit themselves in the pocketbook).

Anyway, all this is to say that the older I get, the less interested I am in celebrities.

Do whatever job you do that made you famous—actor, musician, model—and shut up when you’re not working.
