These cattle were hauled up in stock trailers so as to not leave any cow pies or tracks in the road and left in these higher mountain meadows and left all summer which is illegal to have cattle in this area. I'm not against the ranchers who follow the rules and laws, but this rancher has to do it illegally. He has been reported.
