Car Accident in Miami Leads to Explosion

Info from Licensor: "This video was taken on the turnpike going northbound in homestead by exit 9A. The accident was on the other side of the median, the van was going southbound. There were 2 people inside the vehicle, nobody could help them due to the fact it burst into flames immediately. There were 2 explosions while I was there. One little one and then the big one a minute after which is the one in the video."
