Tom critiques Maddie's initial enthusiasm as Rachel for being out of character, causing Maddie to immediately display the more aggressive attitude Rachel is known for. Tom responds that it is perfect and takes on the appearance of her husband Randall. At that moment, Maddie, disguised as Rachel, stepped in and delivered an intimidating speech to the agent, threatening to have him fired if he didn't comply. Yielding to her pressure, the agent allowed them to proceed. Once upstairs, they switched out of their holograms. Maddie transformed into Captain Rockwell and attempted to gain access to the server room using facial recognition. However, Tom noticed the real Rockwell approaching with several guards. After a tense moment, Rockwell walked past them, and they seized the opportunity to enter the server room.
