Rolling Out the Chilled Dough

WOW! This Strawberry Pie has turned into an all day all night project and I still have to take a nap so I can go in and work tonight. It is a Labor of Love I must admit. Honestly, I cannot remember the last time I made a Strawberry Pie from scratch, so I'm really getting excited about it now. My apologies for the "ACCIDENTAL SELFIE" at the end. I had just bailed out of bed to roll this out. Had not even brushed my 3-year-old-"CO-VIT Hair" or cleaned up that hoader's pile of junk that has consumed my dining room table. I need a Hair Stylest and a Housekeeper; just sayin'...DANG THIS PHONE! IT HAS OUTED ME AGAIN!
