JD Vance has warned Britain that mass migration and the erosion of free speech pose a greater threat than Russia.
The US vice-president told the Munich Security Conference that countries in Europe had allowed their “fundamental values” to drift.
He singled out Britain in particular, saying free speech was “in retreat” and Brexit voters had been betrayed by elites opening “the floodgates to millions of unvetted immigrants”. But is he correct.
