Happy Saint Valentine's Day

One of the most well-known stories about Saint Valentine is that he defied the emperor's order prohibiting soldiers from marrying, secretly performing Christian weddings. He believed that love and marriage were sacred and should not be denied to those who wished to commit to one another before God. When his actions were discovered, he was arrested and eventually executed on February 14, around the year 269 AD.
