Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Roll Recipe makes 18 Large Rolls
1 TBSP Instant or Active Dry Yeast
2 TBSP Warm Water, 105F-115F
1/4 Cup Warm Milk, 105F- 115F
3/4 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
12 TBSP Butter, cut into pieces
1 Tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Crushed Pineapple, drained
3 3/4 to 4 Cups (450 - 480 grams) AP or Bread Flour
Egg Wash:
2 TBSP Milk
1 Egg
