Rep. Scott Perry and CIA Whistleblower Expose U.S. Aid Funding Terrorists, Taliban ‘Martyr Payments’

D.C. (Dist. of Criminals), February 14, 2025 — Explosive testimony in Congress today revealed billions in U.S. taxpayer dollars funding terrorist organizations, including Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, and ISIS—with weekly cash shipments flowing directly to the Taliban and their families.

During a House hearing on government waste, Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) exposed a staggering $697 million in annual USAID funding that has disappeared into terrorist networks, alongside weekly shipments of $40-80 million in cash to Afghanistan.

“The American people need to wake up,” Perry warned. “Your money—$697 million annually—plus direct cash shipments every 10 days, is going straight into madrassas, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, ISIS-K training camps. We are financing our own enemies.”

Perry also pointed out the fraud in U.S.-funded education programs, revealing that:

$136 million was spent to build 120 schools in Pakistan—yet no evidence of their existence.

$20 million was allocated for educational TV for children—because the schools were never built.

Women’s aid programs in Afghanistan are a farce, with money disappearing into Taliban-controlled projects while women remain banned from public life.

CIA Whistleblower Sarah Adams Confirms: U.S. is Paying Taliban Martyr Families

Former CIA Targeting Officer Sarah Adams corroborated Perry’s claims, revealing that the U.S. government is funding “martyr payments” to families of Taliban fighters who died attacking American and allied forces.

“The weekly cash shipments to Afghanistan total around $43 million,” Adams stated. “In that bucket, we are literally paying Taliban families as ‘welfare’ for their dead fighters.”

Adams called the practice “a disgrace”, questioning why U.S. taxpayer dollars were being used to financially support enemy combatants.
