Windy, sunny and chilly Tuesday

After a frosty start, it will still be windy but mostly sunny on Tuesday, though with a different direction to the wind we will warm into the low 50s.  Hold off on raking the leaves because Wednesday will be windy as well but the wind is a chilly one again from the northwest at 10-20mph so temperatures will fall back into the 40s.
