1/4 cup chopped Mint
1/4 cup chopped Coriander
Cardamon seeds
1 oz Vegetable oil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2 Tbsp of grated ginger
3/4 cup of the thickest Greek Yogurt
Salt & Pepper to taste.
