President Trump Confirms The Rumors That DOGE Will Be Auditing The IRS For Corruption And Waste

Posted • February 13, 2025: It's such a great thing that we finally have the government being credibly audited, with the DOGE folks reviewing each of the various agencies in the government. It's astounding the fraud, waste, and abuse that they've found so far, including money allegedly going to terrorists. Democrats have been flipping out because it's stopping their gravy train that went out around the world for leftist causes. But I think even liberal media might have been surprised when DOGE team members were allegedly reported on Thursday. Perhaps they thought they wouldn't dare go there. You can hear a reporter ask President Donald Trump during his press conference in the Oval Office. I wrote about how he schooled CNN's Kaitlan Collins. But Trump was also asked about the DOGE team being seen at the IRS. The reporter asked a tantalizing question, "Do you expect to close the IRS?" President Trump confirms the rumors that DOGE will be auditing the IRS for corruption and waste.

Ron Wyden (D-OR). Ron Wyden @RonWyden: “My office is hearing that DOGE is now at the IRS. That means Musk's henchmen are in a position to dig through a trove of data about every taxpayer in America. And if your refund is delayed, they could very well be the reason.” -- How desperate are they with this kind of nonsense?
