I thought I had discovered the most overgrown yard on that block, but then the neighbor came out and proved me wrong. I actually found this property while driving around, seeing who I could help out, and I decided to knock on the homeowner's door. She answered, having a cast on her arm, giving me an indication that she was unable to upkeep with the property due to the injury. While I was cleaning up the property, the neighbor came out and reminded me that there was a property with a very overgrown backyard, much worse than the one I was doing. I told him that I've tried to talk to the owner for years now, even leaving cards and trying to catch him at the right time to offer to clean it up for him, with no luck.
