Who’s in the mood for smoky notes of agave?

Sweet flavors of creamy caramel, a pleasant fruity acidity, and a salty foam that makes the flavors pop in all their variety.

If you don’t like smoke flavors you can choose tequila.

Cocktail recipe:
45ml-1½oz MEZCAL
15ml-½oz ORANGE CURACAO
15ml-½oz LIME JUICE
15ml-½oz AGAVE SYRUP
½ PASSION FRUIT

FOAM:
30ml-1oz AQUAFABA or EGG WHITE
30ml-1oz LEMON JUICE
15ml-½oz BUTTERFLY PEA TEA
2 pinches of SALT
