Mowing An OVERGROWN Lot Before The Neighbors COMPLAIN

I was driving around and noticed this abandoned lot that was overgrowing and needing some attention. While walking the lot, I noticed a lot of trash and debris that was left by who knows who. This place needed to be cleaned up ASAP so that it doesn't turn into a dumping grounds for people to dump their trash. I went ahead and picked up all the trash and debris that I could, and trimmed & mowed the whole thing to make it look like someone actually cares for it. I'm not sure who owns it, but its better to clean it up before the neighbors complain to the city, which in return would come out, cut it, and charge the owner a hefty fine.
