Recipe Ingredents:
Breast of Chicken 2-3 1bs
3 tbsp. Curried Powder
1 tbsp. Lemon Pepper
2 tbsp. All Purpose Seasoning
1/2 Chicken Stock
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
Carrot (chopped)
2 Medium Potatoes (diced)
1 tbsp. Thyme
1 tbsp. Pimento Pepper
1 tsp. Cayanne Pepper
1 tbsp Flour
1/2 Bell Pepper (chopped)
1/2 Cup Sweet Peas
1/2 Carrots
1 whole onion (chopped)
3 tbsp cooking oil
Cooking time about 20- 25 minutes
Bourbon Chicken:
2 lbs Chicken Breasts (cut into pieces)
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1⁄4 tsp. Ginger
3⁄4 tsp. crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1⁄4 Cup Bourbon
1⁄3 Cup Light brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp. Applecider Vinegar
1⁄2 cup water
1⁄3 cup soy sauce
Red Beans & Rice Ingredients:
1lb red beans
1 cup white rice
1 bell pepper
2 stalks of celery
1 onion
1 lb andouille sausage
1 large smoked hamhock
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. pepper
1 Tsp. garlic
1 Tsp. cayenne
2 tbsp. cajun seasoning
4 cups chicken broth
1 small onion
