The growing season is officially over for Northeast Wisconsin after seeing below freezing temperatures this morning in the 20s. Antigo was the coldest with 22 degrees. Mid and upper 20s were observed elsewhere.  With winds shifting out of the southwest around 5 to 10 mph today, we did warm up roughly 25 degrees to the upper 40s and lower 50s. It is still below average when our normal temperature should be in the upper 50s for this time of the year. A cold front will put an end to the milder weather. We are going back into the mid and upper 40s tomorrow with a few light rain showers. The risk of rain will begin tonight and continue on and off tomorrow. There will be some left over moisture tomorrow night on the back side of this cold front. Rain will change over to snowfall and the first flakes of the season seem to be on tap Sunday night into Monday morning. There could even be some minor accumulation. Not to worry if you don't want the snow sticking around, we warm up into the lower 40s on Monday with partly cloudy skies.
