Russian forces delivered a heavy blow using Tornado-S MLRS against an Ukrainian armored column detected about 17 miles northwest of Sudzha moving southwest. Using cluster munitions, Tornado-S wiped out a total of 5 armored vehicles and 20 enemy soldiers were eliminated, gradually making the Kiev group as immobile as it was before August 11.
