NBC26 Storm Shield Weather Forecast

We will have a continued chance of a showers/storms as we head through the night tonight with mild lows in the 60s with that warm front now pushing north. There will also be some fog. Our area will be in the warm sector of this approaching storm system on Tuesday with scattered showers and T'storms likely. It will be mild and a little humid for this time of year with highs in the 70s to around 80°. Showers and thunderstorms will stick around through Wednesday as a cold front pushes through. Some of the storms will bring some heavy rainfall. By Thursday, rainfall totals over parts of the area could total more than 2-3 inches. Much colder weather returns on Thursday with highs in the 40s.
