TURNING-TOWARD- z-SHADOW "FREEDOM" z SPACE btwn IMPULSE and REACTION referencing Viktor Frank 2-6-25

Frankl suggests that space between impulse and response is where one can stand in their freedom - the suggestion I am putting forward is that space is subtle preoccupied in "Habit" "Unhealthy Habit" and "Addiction" though as Frankl suggests if we can stop and observe the impulse prodding a reaction one does not need react simply observe the impulse... and be free in not reacting ... easier said than done...
