- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 100 ml cream

- 1½ tablespoons vanilla-flavored custard powder
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds
- 50 grams crumbled khoya
*For Assembly:*
- 10-12 bread slices
- Cooking oil for frying
- Sliced pistachios and almonds for garnish
- Dried rose petals (optional)
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Sugar Syrup:**
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, green cardamom pods, kewra water, and a lemon slice.
- Mix well and cook until the sugar dissolves completely (approximately 3-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
2. **Prepare the Milk Syrup:**
- In a pot, bring milk to a boil.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder; mix well.
- Cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes.
- Turn off the flame, add cream, and whisk thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve custard powder in ¼ cup of milk.
- Turn the flame back on, add the dissolved custard to the milk mixture, and whisk well.
- Bring it to a boil, then add finely chopped pistachios and almonds.
- Cook on low flame until the mixture thickens (2-3 minutes).
- Add crumbled khoya and whisk until well combined.
- Let it cool.
3. **Prepare the Bread Fries:**
- Cut bread slices into stick shapes using a knife.
- In a frying pan, heat cooking oil and fry the bread sticks on medium flame until golden brown.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
4. **Assemble the Dessert:**
- On a serving plate, arrange the fried bread sticks.
- Pour the cooled sugar syrup over them, followed by the milk syrup.
- Garnish with sliced pistachios, almonds, and dried rose petals.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the crispiness of the bread with the rich flavors of the syrups.
