Hoo Boy! CNN's Anderson Cooper Freaks Out Over DOGE, Calls Guest A 'D!ck' On Live TV

Posted • February 12, 2025: Hoo boy, things sure are getting interesting in the legacy/corporate/corrupt media these days as liberal pundits on cable news, newspapers and social media posts are melting like the Wicked Witch of the West now that Donald Trump has assumed the presidency and has begun doing exactly what he said he was going to do. Perhaps no finer example of this came when CNN’s Anderson Cooper, who normally tries (but fails) to present himself as a serious journalist, called former New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu a “d*ck” on live TV as they argued over Elon Musk and the DOGE. No really. It takes a while to get there in this clip—it happens at the :49 second mark—but the leadup was fascinating too as Cooper’s face got noticeably redder. Meanwhile, the infamous legal pundit Jeffrey Toobin, who probably wishes he hadn’t been around when Cooper brought up male anatomy, couldn’t even get a word in edge-wise. This is what passes as journalism these days:

Trump Broke Him/Her/They/Them/Zher: Anderson's gone. 🚨 WOW… Chris Sununu was just called a "d*ck" by Anderson Cooper over DOGE. —— Cooper: Some of the details, like millions for hotels, it's actually not… —— Sununu: You mean the FEMA money for migrants? That's OK now? —— Cooper: I'm not saying it's OK, don't put words in my mouth. Don't be a d*ck. —— Later on in the episode, Cooper apologized. Cooper called Sununu a dick debating DOGE. All the worst people are pissed off … 😂 Interestingly, CNN doesn’t mention the name-calling on their webpage showing the clip; instead, their headline is “Anderson Cooper pushes back on Musk's claim DOGE is transparent with Americans.” I love how they’re using the word “transparent” in a headline yet ignoring what is actually newsworthy about their own clip. Anderson Cooper melts down, calls Chris Sununu an obscenity live on-air. These people are losing their minds. I’ve never seen the mainstream press so terrified.

Sununu and the mudslinging anchor were talking about the many cuts to the federal government that DOGE has enacted, cuts that have completely freaked out unhinged politicians like House Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), who was frothing at the mouth at a demonstration the other day and strangely chanting, “We will win! We Will Win!” Bad news, Chuck: you just lost in November. Cooper admitted that Elon Musk had claimed there was government waste, but hadn’t proved it yet. It’s just one more in the thousand cuts that have led to their decline from the once "The Most Trusted Name in News” to a ratings black hole and a general laughingstock. (…)
