Episode 147 - Miami: Conspiracy Town (Part VIII)

Operation 40, cont. The apex of Operation 40 was supposed to be Operation Zapata (more commonly referred to as the Bay of Pigs Invasion). The Miami conspirators (Cuban exiles, organized crime, and most importantly - the CIA) combined with the Joint Chiefs and the Pentagon to rinse and repeat the Iran and Guatemala operations of 1953 and 1954. The only difference? This time, the President was named Kennedy, not Eisenhower. The fallout from this operation sowed the seeds for November 22, 1963. Any investigation into the JFK assassination has to BEGIN with all anti-Castro operations originating in Miami including the most important operation - Zapata.
