Rep. Eric Burlison: The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen

Representative Eric Burlison (R-MO) says Congress’ goal should prioritize reducing the size of government through large spending cuts. “The smaller the government, the more manageable it is, the less waste there’s going to be, and the more the people can understand where the dollars are going,” he says. “But we have got a federal government that is too big for it’s people. The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.”
