Foster Dog Is On Board

Info from Licensor: "We are a foster home for a Swedish charity called Dogs Without A Home (Hundar Utan Hem). We usually foster 4-5 dogs per year. The foster dog in the video is called Winter and was rescued from a puppy mill in Ireland. Despite her troubled past, she is the goofiest, most loving little fur ball you have ever met, always smiles (and often laughs) when around her. Hopefully this video will inspire more people to adopt and take a chance on a dog like Winter."
