The one seated in glory on the throne of the Godhead, in a cloudless sky, came Jesus the Most High, with his palms raised, and saved them, crying out: Glory, Christ, by your power.

Most Holy Theotokos, save us.

In the voices of songs of faith, we cry out to you, O All-Hymns, Rejoice, O mountain, and leavened in the Spirit, rejoice, lamp and pitcher, bearing manna, the sweet, the senses of the pious.

Most Holy Theotokos, save us.

Hail Mary of the world, rejoice, immaculate Lady, rejoice, ladder from the earth, all who have raised up with grace, rejoice, the bridge that is, the one that has passed from death to life for all who praise you.

Most Holy Theotokos, save us.

Higher than the heavens, rejoice, the foundation of the earth, in your grace, I have borne, even without stain, rejoice, shell, I have dyed with divine purple, from your blood, for the King of Powers.

Glory to the Father...

The lawgiver who gave birth, truly rejoice, O Lady, the one who abolishes all iniquities, the gift of all, the incomprehensible depth, the ineffable height, the infinite, through whom we were seen.

And now...

In the world, a wreath woven by hand, we sing hymns; Hail to you, O Virgin, crying out, the bulwark of all, and the rampart, and the stronghold, and the holy refuge.
