Jen Psaki: But they could, this could all have a long term impact if this isn't resolved, then having access.

Sen. Wyden (D-OR): This is setting precedent every single day. If everybody just looks the other way, you keep chipping away at the Constitution and you do enormous damage, which is what the Treasury Secretary said today.

Jen Psaki: As I started saying there's a bit of a whack a mole game being here.

Sen. Wyden (D-OR): That's a good characterization.

Jen Psaki: Cause we're all just trying to keep track. You're trying to keep track and keep them accountable. You've also launched to probe into DOGE's interference with the Department of Education, including its access to sensitive student loan data, which is just completely outrageous. Talk to us a little bit about what you're concerned about here. What are the potential risks of a security breach of people gaining access to that information?

Sen. Wyden (D-OR): Well, and a lot of these systems are not exactly the most current and you go in there, you can mess up files and do permanent damage. And that's what we're trying to really, um, show people is on the line here. This is not, uh, something that's an abstract situation. This is the prospect of going in with old systems and causing immense damage.

With all the money we spend at the Department of Education, why are their systems so old and outdated? Because it's easier for Democrats and people at the Department of Education to hide their corrupt activities and money laundering! Older computer systems can hide corruption and facilitate money laundering due to their lack of modern security measures, outdated software, and reliance on manual processes, which make both data manipulation and the movement of illicit funds less traceable. The complexity of these systems, combined with their incompatibility with current auditing tools, obscures corrupt activities and the laundering of money.

Jen thinks it's completely outrageous to give anyone access to student loan data. She thinks no one but the people who loaned the money to God only knows who, should see this data.
