Witness 2311 Match or X: Which Double Stack is ACTUALLY Better?

On the surface, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of difference between the Witness 2311 Match and Witness 2311 Match X. Both of these double stack 1911 handguns chambered in 9mm from EAA/Girsan are very similar. Let's do some testing for accuracy, muzzle flip and velocity to see if one is actually that much better than the other.
