HIIT Workout with Weights and Medicine Ball | 40 Minutes

This total body HIIT workout is designed to target all the major muscle groups and guaranteed to break a sweat! You will want a set of weights (I am using 12's today), a medicine ball (mine is 8 lbs), and a yoga mat. However, you don't need to have equipment to have a successful workout; training shoes are optional and prescribed jumping can always be modified for low impact. A robust warm up and truncated cool down are included in this video.
